Design of digital products, interfaces, applications, websites. Brand strategy development, client briefing and team management remotely as art director of a media company. In most cases, this is a turnkey website development on the Tilda Publishing engine.

I am a lecturer at the course "Website Design and development on Tilda Publishing engine". I conduct online classes with students, check practical homework. The course includes 10-12 online webinars with an average duration of 1.5-2 hours.
During my work, I have taught about 300 students.

In the studio, I served as art director and chief designer. I managed a team of 8 people.
My responsibilities included:

• managing the design team
• briefing clients
• presentation of the results of the team's projects
• development of the design direction of projects
• control of the process
• creating of brand strategy of projects
• development of key project solutions
• design of digital interfaces

Under my leadership, the team has successfully implemented more than 50 commercial projects mostly websites, we received the annual Runet Rating award by taking 2nd place with one of our projects, received several specialized European awards, implemented an application interface for trading on the stock exchange. Also, our studio entered the TOP 100 studios in Russia on the 33rd place at 2019.

During the whole time, we have developed programs of one brand for professional traders with a high-quality and convenient interface for users in our studio. It was the largest project that we launched on the market. It was sold by the founders for $1.1 million for further development.

In this company, I performed the functions of a leading designer. My responsibilities included the development of prototypes of websites, design concepts, design of adaptive versions of websites. Developed logos, branding and corporate styles of our clients.

After 6 months, I was promoted and transferred to the position of art director. Supervised the work of other studio designers, formed concepts when starting work on new studio projects. Organized a client briefing at the start of the project. Conducted presentations of the results of work on projects for clients by stages, and also presented the results of work on the project. Trained studio designers.

It was a classic period of freelancing, with getting bumps and gaining experience on commercial projects. Next, I was selected from 64 applicants to the studio, which I joined as a full-time designer.
